About us

Before being psychologists, we are people.

I know how transformative it can be to find a space where you feel heard, understood and safe. As a daughter and as a mother, I have felt outside the mould. Finding people to share those experiences with changed me, and that is how Me Siento Contigo was born: a project to be close to people going through difficult times or periods of transition.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every story is unique.

Systemic perspective

We focus on context, on relationships and their dynamics, and on the resources each person already has, even when they can’t always see them.

Gender perspective

A team trained to understand how gender runs through parenting, relationships and the way we care for ourselves.

Diverse realities

We also support what doesn’t fit the traditional models of family or of the “ideal” life.

We also support less-named realities.

We understand the silent weight many people carry when they don’t fit the models of family or of the “ideal” life. Solo motherhood, blended, adoptive, same-sex parent and assisted-reproduction families, or families raised by a village.
